The personnel was affable, doing their best to assist. The location met every demand; it was great right in the heart of the city.

The location is perfect, close to the town center and shops/bars. The house provides a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.- The view of the courtyard from the window was delightful.- The staff was really helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel was amazing, being close to Eastgate Clock and the center of Chester. The apartment was beautiful and had great amenities like a dishwasher, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Additionally, the apartment had all the amenities I could ask for, including makeup wipes, Netflix, and even ice in the freezer. I felt like every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. While my stay was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. communication was a bit challenging as there were limited instructions on accessing the property.

We liked our 1-night stay at Ch1 Boutique Stays in Chester. The hotel is located in the middle of Chester and is near the Grosvenor shopping centre, shops, and bars. We would definitely come back there when we have more time.

Comfortable rooms with a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron. Everything in the room worked well. The location was amazing and beautiful, and it was pretty close to The Grosvenor Museum. 🌟

We stayed at this hotel last weekend and were impressed by the luxurious amenities in the room like an espresso machine, hair straighteners, and his & her perfumes. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and the service was quite good. We appreciated the in-room breakfast, which was beautifully delivered to the door. Full body massage at the private facilities added to the luxury experience of our stay.

The only downside we noticed was the inconsistent hot water supply in the shower. We encountered some communication issues while accessing the property and getting into the building.
